Product Description

Our offered RUST / CARBON REMOVER is an ideal rust removing solution for fast and economic removal of rust and scales from steel and iron surface. This offered carbon remover is the latest formula which is processed by using the high grade of a chemical component as per industry norms. Apart from this, our offered RUST REMOVER is safer to handle than similar conventional acidic product produces less co and other poisonous gas during rust removing process and prevent the surrounding machine from rusting.    

RUST / CARBON REMOVER FOR WIRE EDM - TSS 200

• Quickly remove rust (5-10 minutes) whileprotecting metal surface. Due to its degreasing properties, enables to removerust from oily metal surface and clean sludge on wire EDM.
• Revive lustrous metal surface without causingdiscoloration. Enable to challenge high quality die/mould production as preciseas micro meters.
• Rust Remover TSS-200 contains some particles withanticorrosive properties; therefore it prevents excess corrosion and rustrecursion.
• Produce no poisonous gas or irritation duringrust removal process and prevent surrounding machinery from rusting.

Usage

• Remove the rust formed during wire EDM operation.
• Clean the sludge formed on wire EDM and wireguide.
• Removethe rust formed on metal parts and equipments during storage and in otherprocesses
• Dependson types of metal or long term immersion, metals may cause discoloration.Please test with metal scraps before usage.
